One pound of Tallgrass Osso Bucco. Osso Bucco is cut from the beef shank and is a delicious combination of richly flavored beef and marrow bone. Also referred to as Beef Shank, it is traditionally served with risotto alla milanese or buttered egg noodles with parmesan cheese. Beef shank is also excellent for use in stocks and soups.
