• Ingredients:

    • 2-lbs. Tallgrass Beef Liver, pureed
    • 1 cup cornmeal
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder

    Mix well. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F for no more than 20 minutes. Cool, then cut into bite-size pieces and store in the freezer.
