Ingredients:

2 packages Tallgrass Fajita Meat

2 red bell peppers, sliced

2 green bell peppers, sliced

1 onion, sliced

extra virgin olive oil

tortillas

salt and pepper to taste

Fajita Fiesta

Serves 4.

Saute peppers and onion in 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil on low heat until soft. In a separate pan, saute fajita meat in 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil until desired degree of doneness. Season to taste.

Combine fajita meat and vegetables in same pan under low heat. Stir in red wine or sherry plus Worcestershire sauce to taste. Serve immediately wrapped in warm tortilla.
